The show takes them through lots of different trials and activities in which they have to prove why and if they are good enough for Rakhi. Winners of certain activities, go on a special date with Rakhi so she can get to know them more. People are eliminated each week, depending on whether Rakhi liked them or not. There are parties and people from serials and TV, people from famous companies and generally well-known people all come in to do tests and see if the want-to-be-grooms are capable of handling tasks and through all this they analyze which contestants they think are good enough for Rakhi and give their opinions. In the end, though, it is Rakhi who chooses who she wants to eliminate. You actually get to find out a lot about Rakhi's life and what she went through, it is a really good show. I have watched all the episodes so far! Some parts are just so hilarious I be on the floor, because I keep cracking up! Lol. Haha =) Hope this explained it!
